2012 BUS BEEF– Inspired by street vendors in Thailand and food trucks in America, founder Cai Pritchard initially launched Got Beef in 2012 as a mobile catering business, touring UK music and food events in an eye catching truck

The trusty Got Beef bus took them to festivals and events showcasing gourmet burgers to the nation.

2013 POP-UP BEEF – At the beginning of 2013, Cai then took up succesful residence at The Candadian in Adamsdown Cardiff. This pop-up venture enabled him to develop and hone his craft and inspired him to make the leap and set up a permanent restaurant in Cardiff.

2014 RESTAURANT DREAM – The wheels were set in motion at the turn of the year, when Cai found the perfect premises, and opened in March. Got Beef Bar & Kitchen features an open kitchen where diners are able to see Cai and team freshly preparing and cooking dishes. The restaurant caters for vegetarians and theoughout the summer will be hosting various music night, supporting local bands and DJs.

Open 6 days a week (Tues-Sun) from midday till 11pm, Got Beef Bar & Kitchen boasts an outdoor area, has a live music license and can be hired for private parties and events.
